PUMA x INSIDETAG  MOSTRO UR

Originally conceived as a 500-unit capsule release, the project went on to sell over 7,500 pairs worldwide.

INSIDETAG contributed across colour direction, material development and functional detailing.

Key inputs included:

- Colour palette development
- Custom mesh upper with thin leather overlay, allowing the underlayer to break through and create a unique surface pattern
- Enhanced lug sole tooling, later adopted across future Mostro releases
- Rear heel tab clamp designed to catch denim, improving wearability with wider trouser silhouettes

Additional support included product storytelling, seeding direction and cultural positioning.
